Individual Therapy

Individual tele-mental health therapy is the closest option to traditional therapy because it happens one-on-one, however, we meet via video rather than in person. This is a comfortable and relaxing way to meet because you can be in whatever confidential setting makes you feel most comfortable. Many clients conduct sessions from their couch! 

Operating from a Cognitive Behavioral and Systems Theory approach, we will identify areas of your life that are not working properly. We will come up with strategies for success and ways to best improve your life. We will move at your own pace to make you feel most comfortable. Typically, individual tele-mental health therapy will happen over the course of multiple weeks, until you feel that your symptoms have lessened or become more manageable. We will work together to come up with a treatment plan and frequency of sessions that feels best for you.

Individual sessions are 30 or 50 minutes in length.

Fees: $60/30 minute session or $100/50 minute session.
