Contemporary Connections
Distance Licensed Professional Therapy
1.
Individual
Therapy
I provide tele-mental health therapy via a HIPAA-secure video network where we can work through your wellness concerns in the comfort of your own space, when it works for your schedule. This option is great for individuals who do not have time to meet in a traditional counseling office or who find video meetings more comfortable than traditional counseling in an office.
2.
Chat Therapy
Sometimes working face-to-face with a therapist is not for you. I provide chat therapy via a HIPPA-secure network so we can work through your wellness concerns without the additional anxieties of meeting face-to-face.
3.
Sex Therapy
As an AASECT certified sex therapist, I provide clients the opportunity to discuss their sexual concerns. I specialize in LGBTQ+ identity and relationships through a sex-positive lens.
4.
Consultation and Supervision
If you are a counseling professional looking for consultation related to my areas of expertise, I provide this on an as-needed basis.
I also offer the opportunity to supervise counselors in the process of receiving licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.

My Approach
I operate primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Systems Theory Approach to therapy. This means that together we will identify areas of your life that are not working well and improve upon them. I will work with you to find a treatment plan and pace to therapy that you feel comfortable with. The tele-therapy approach is relaxed, in the comfort of your own space, and on your own time.
